Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across both of our Clubs.
In this role, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, greeting and building rapport with members and guests, working in our F&B and Gaming areas, preparing beverages, providing table service, working in cashier, poker machines, and more.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous customer service experience in hospitality
