Job Title

A Test Coordinator is needed to work closely with a project team on both Workday and Lumary (Salesforce) implementation.

This role involves leading and supporting a project team while remaining hands-on with testing skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager, Business Analyst, Vendors, and business SMEs to understand system requirements and processes.
  • Oversee all phases of testing, including unit and system testing, integration, regression, user acceptance, performance, and security testing.
  • Design and develop detailed test cases and scenarios based on requirements for both platforms.
  • Ensure clear traceability between requirements, test cases, and business outcomes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to define and agree on test scope, entry/exit criteria, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate with project teams to resolve defects or issues found during testing.
  • Provide reporting on test progress, defects, risks, and readiness for go-live.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with Workday is highly desirable.
Work Environment

The role is hybrid and requires working in the office 1-2 days per week.
