A seasoned leader is sought to spearhead a high-performing global Technical Support team.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Support Engineering Managers who oversee teams responding to client requests.
  • Manage teams in Sydney, working collaboratively with senior leaders to drive operational improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for successful onboarding and development of Technical Support Engineers.
  • Partner with Support Engineering Directors on strategic initiatives.
  • Review and prioritize Support Engineering escalations.
About You
  • A people manager with experience leading teams of managers.
  • Background in Support Engineering or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, detail-attentive, and passionate about learning.
  • High EQ, soft skills, and a customer-centric approach.

The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to think strategically. Bonus points for knowledge of monitoring solutions, DevOps tooling, and previous experience in hyper-growth organizations.
