Job Title: Field Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service centre, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Promote and maintain a safe and compliant work environment;">
  • Coordinate and supervise technicians to deliver exceptional service;">
  • Build sustainable relationships with all stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service;">
  • Identify and coordinate employee training and development needs;">
  • Apprentice program management;">
  • Rock drill and component overhauls;">
  • Machine rebuilds, midlifes and PCR; and">
  • J4 Projects.">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive multidisciplinary supervision knowledge and experience in an OEM environment, relevant trade certificate, planning and resource experience, effective people management and leadership skills and experience, excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability and trouble shooting skills, commitment to providing quality customer service, ability to handle and work under pressure, good report writing ability and proficient computer literacy.
