Job Title: Window Tinter\

The role of a window tinter involves applying tint to various types of vehicles and glass surfaces. As an experienced window tinter and shop manager, you will be responsible for leading the team by example and providing exceptional customer service skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a well-presented, organized and self-driven individual who is keen to contribute to the continual success and growth of the business.

The daily operational tasks you will be responsible for include:

  • Assessing customers' needs and quoting for all types of tinting jobs, including cars, trucks/buses, commercial offices and homes.
  • Processing store sales, operating and maintaining all POS equipment.
  • Coordinating daily job schedules between onsite commercial, home and workshop bookings.
  • Providing high standard of customer service, informing customers of products available and aftercare.
  • Maintaining store security by adhering to policies and procedures, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitoring the financials of the store, handling cash and processing EFTPOS machine transactions, billing account customers.
  • People management, including development/training when required as the business grows.
  • Stock on hand and consumables management.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, standards and applicable legislation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years experience in the window tinting industry, preferably with experience in cars, trucks and homes.
  • A current manual C-class driver's license.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Honesty and integrity.
  • A cheerful 'can-do' attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work alone and also in a team.
  • Sound knowledge and adherence to OH&S practices.
  • Availability to work on Saturday mornings as required.
  • Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development if required.
