Critical Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at Loxton Hospital Complex in the Riverland region of South Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced nurse to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and development of our nursing staff.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical care services to patients, including assessing their needs, developing care plans, and implementing treatments. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide critical care services, including respiratory and cardiovascular support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- A current practicing certificate
- Proven experience in critical care nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
