Responsibilities:
This role requires a high level of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key responsibilities include supporting local quality regulations, maintaining effective quality systems, and performing product release and redressing activities. You will also work on assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement improvements, support internal and external audits, and coordinate quality events. Additionally, you will represent Commercial Quality in cross-functional teams, projects, and programs as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, or other technical/scientific areas. Experience in quality assurance, GMP, or GDP environments, as well as familiarity with SAP, TrackWise, ComplianceWire, and OneVault, is highly desirable. You must have an excellent understanding of local GxP requirements, including regulations and standards affecting device, biologic, pharmaceutical products, and cosmetics. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, are essential for success in this position.
