Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Hyde Park. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early learning and care to our children, while also contributing to the development of our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
- Observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs to ensure they are inclusive and responsive to the needs of all children.
- Put safety first in everything you do, ensuring all learning experiences are safe and inclusive for all children.

Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
