About the Opportunity

Ability Action Australia is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Allied Health support team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to individuals with disabilities.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate Occupational Therapist to work as part of a national NDIS provider. You will have the flexibility to manage your caseload and work in a variety of settings, including community-based locations and client homes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and providing timely therapeutic services
  • Conducting assessments to understand participants' functional levels and capacity
  • Developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs
  • Providing evidence-based interventions to promote independence and participation
  • Maintaining awareness of current legislation and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
