Job Overview

We are the largest Travel Retail operator in the Pacific, with over 150 stores across Australia and New Zealand. We bring big brands to life in airports and travel hubs, with a dynamic team of professionals working across 40 unique retail concepts.

Our Cairns Airport stores offer a range of products, including stylish eyewear, travel-ready beauty, and curated fashion. As a Full-Time Multi-Site Store Manager, you will lead our Eye Love, Amuse Beauty, and Edit concept stores to new heights by implementing your creative ideas and growing the business.

The Role:
  • Lead by example, setting the standard for service and style.
  • Create meaningful connections with customers, every transaction counts.
  • Coach and inspire your team to hit targets and shine.
  • Manage store operations with accountability and attention to detail.
  • Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar leadership role in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A genuine interest in fashion or retail is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and coaching abilities.
  • Confidence to take initiative and own your role.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a team setting.
  • Flexibility to work across rotating shifts.
  • Valid working rights and eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.
