As a General Practitioner with Stride, you will be responsible for providing high-standard GP assessments of young people experiencing physical and mental health issues. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create Mental Health Care Plans and provide high-quality primary health care services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing GP assessments and creating Mental Health Care Plans
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Providing high-quality primary health care services
• Responding to medical/health concerns presented by patients
• Encouraging and supporting young people to engage with sexual health and drug and alcohol services

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Current registration with AHPRA
• Personal Professional Indemnity Insurance
• A commitment to quality youth-focused primary health care services
• Eligibility to provide services under Medicare and a willingness to Bulk Bill
• Level 1 in Mental Health Skills Training
• Eligibility to apply for a Blue Card
• NDIS worker screening clearance
