You will be a champion for customer experience, responsive, solutions-focused and able to think on your feet. As a leader of a team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate orders for our customers every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams across various departments to put team and customers first through the day-to-day management of online orders
  • Manage and distribute online orders to the team of Personal Shoppers
  • Work cohesively with colleagues across different departments
  • Be an advocate for accurate picking and substitutions
  • Pivot and focus on achieving order windows and targets
  • Show a strong focus on Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and safety
  • Deliver key performance metrics and targets across the team
