About the Role
We are seeking a Casual Retail Associate to join our Hobart team. No optical experience is required – we provide world-class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting customers and providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Processing specialised orders for our customers
- Driving sales through providing customers with informative knowledge on our luxury and cutting-edge products
- Contributing to a positive and fun team culture
Requirements
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Motivated with a drive to achieve targets
- Thrives in an exciting, fast-paced environment
