We're seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in finance and operations, preferably with experience in ecommerce or retail. You should have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement financial plans that support our operations and fulfillment goals and overall business objectives.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for our supply chain and fulfillment network organizations; use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results and drive improvements.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and systems; deliver real-time insights, weekly and monthly cadence reporting, support monthly financial close, using financial systems and advanced Excel functions and SQL to work with large data sets.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization; act as a trusted advisor to supply chain and operations leaders, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Innovation and Change Management: Identify opportunities to resolve defects proactively and improve, scale, or simplify finance tools across teams and organizations.
