Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Harbourtown. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing a shopping environment that exceeds customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in leading a team and driving sales growth.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
