Chief Financial Officer Position

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for driving the financial agenda and guiding the business through a transformative growth phase.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels.

  • Maintain high levels of financial governance while scaling systems and processes for growth.
  • Guide and develop a high-performing, future-ready finance team.
  • Support M&A, investor relations, capital raising, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Forge strong stakeholder relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and external partners.

Ideal Profile:

  • Senior finance experience as a CFO or equivalent in a market-facing role in a high-growth, fast-paced business with diversified operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in IPO/ASX/exit processes, ASX reporting, and disclosures.
  • Open and collaborative, likes working in a fast-paced, stimulating, and informal environment with dynamic and strong individuals.
  • Inspirational leadership style with experience building high-performing teams.
  • CA/CPA qualified, with MBA or equivalent advantageous.
