We are a leading menswear retailer seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Belconnen store.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement effective store policies and procedures to maximize sales and minimize losses.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock control and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve store operations and customer experience.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in store management and retail operations, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive sales growth.
