Energy Credit Professional

We are seeking an experienced Energy Credit Specialist to join our team. As an Energy Credit Professional, you will play a crucial role in managing debt minimization activities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Credit solution activities involve conducting de-energisation assessments, re-energisation enquiries, payments, hardship, bankruptcy, insolvency, default disputes, credit complaints, and collections case management.
- You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, delivering continuous feedback on opportunities to improve the customer experience, and being proactive in identifying solutions to meet customer needs.
- A key aspect of this role is your ability to think critically and collaborate effectively with the team to achieve shared goals.
This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Your success in this role will depend on your ability to build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
