Platform/Service Lead

Milestone It is seeking a talented and experienced Platform/Service Lead with API and microservices expertise to join our growing team and play a key role in the development and implementation of robust APIs and microservices.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain high-performance APIs and microservices in Node.js.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Lead the development and implementation of RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Hands-on coding and code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
  • Implementation and management of solutions on the AWS platform.
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers to achieve project goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js.
  • Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
