Job Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our restaurant team as a Multi-Roll Restaurant Team Member.

This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Cook and prepare food to order, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Take orders, serve food and drinks, and manage cash handling duties efficiently.
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including seating guests and ensuring smooth table turnover.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in areas such as food preparation, wine service, and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
