Job Description

As a high-performing financial leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's financial strategy to ensure long-term viability and robust governance. This strategic leadership position spans across finance, payroll, and information systems to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and provide visionary leadership to drive business results. Key responsibilities include leading the finance functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and effective cash flow and investment management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic leadership across Finance, Payroll, and Information Systems to drive operational efficiency and cost savings.
  • Financial Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth and sustainability.
  • Finance Operations Oversight: Oversee finance operations, including accounting, auditing, and financial planning and analysis.

As a senior financial strategist, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through data-driven decision-making and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will develop and execute financial plans that align with the organization's overall vision and goals.
