Roving Care Manager Role

You will work with empathetic and caring clinical professionals to support the General Manager in managing and leading the delivery of person-centred care to residents.

The role involves overseeing daily clinical operations, supporting and leading the care home clinical team, reviewing clinical incidents, and leading compliance with AN ACC assessments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee medication management in accordance with resident needs and legislative requirements
  • Liaise with allied health, medical practitioners, and other services to provide optimal resident care
  • Prepare and conduct clinical governance audits
