Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Senior Clojure Developer to join our team of experienced engineers responsible for managing backend services. As a key member of our team, you will be working on a variety of projects, from developing new features to improving existing ones.
You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with a talented team of developers, and contribute to the design and implementation of our software solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Clojure Expertise: You have significant experience with Clojure, either professionally or through personal projects.
- Leadership & Mentoring: You are able to lead technical discussions, mentor junior team members, and ensure the team's technical direction aligns with business objectives.
- Collaboration & Communication: You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively collaborate with non-technical colleagues for discovery and domain modelling.
- Software Development Patterns: You have a strong understanding of software engineering patterns, including security, reliability, and maintainability.
- Testing Methodologies: You have a solid grasp of testing methodologies and can advocate for best practices within the team.
