About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at our Dandenong Store. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling a diverse range of products, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide great customer service and sell a diverse range of products within our retail department.
  • Build long-term customer relationships while working towards meeting sales targets with your colleagues.
  • Successfully negotiate with customers for win-win solutions.
  • Assist customers in researching pricing and features for various stock items to differentiate Cash Converters goods from competitors.
  • Introduce customers to Cash Converters online if we do not have what they are looking for.
About You
  • Previous customer service experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential.
  • You will have a natural style that is friendly and welcoming, and you will be able to understand our customers' needs.
  • You will be able to think on your feet and be a natural problem solver.
  • You will enjoy getting creative and putting your visionary excellence into merchandising store displays and hot zones.
  • You will be willing to develop skills and knowledge to other areas of Cash Converters stores departments so that you can grow within the business.
