Are you an IT expert looking for a challenging on-site support role? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to join our team as Desktop/Network/Firewall/EUC Onsite IT Support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktops, networks, and firewalls at client sites
  • Install and upgrade operating systems, install patches, and perform software and hardware break-fix tasks
  • Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and WiFi connections
  • Administer MS Office and ensure business English skills with local language proficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 month of experience in firewall replacement and desktop/network issues
  • Capability to install and administer MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, LAN, WAN, switch, and router configuration
  • Basic understanding of Wifi and network devices

Tools and Equipment:

  • Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
  • Cisco Console cable (DB9 Rj45 or USB RJ45)
  • Laptop with installed Putty, Team Viewer, TFTP server, and screwdriver set
