We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Cleaner at Aged Care Homes. As a key member of our residential aged care team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents.

About the Role

  • Ensure all cleaning requirements are met each shift, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Interact with residents in a friendly, helpful, and positive manner, promoting a sense of community and well-being.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other designated areas of the facility, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to minimize the risk of infection transmission.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to support a clean and comfortable living environment for residents.
