Opportunity Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking leader to join our team at the Glenmore store in Rockhampton. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, and completing stock takes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a small team of team members
  • Manage rosters, generate orders, and complete stock takes
  • Work closely with the Dairy & Freezer Manager to achieve store goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a grocery or dairy/freezer retail environment is desired
  • Ability to supervise team members and work independently
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of store presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
