Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch vehicle maintenance and repair services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remove, replace, repair, and diagnose tyres on various vehicles remotely or at service centres.
  • Perform regular inspections, repairs, and services of electric vehicles as required.
  • Operate hand, power, and shop tools effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of time, expenses, and materials.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of service vehicles.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Support other Vehicle Service Technicians and colleagues as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience with tyre mounting and balancing, as well as tyre repairs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Comfortable with daily regional travel and operating large service vehicles.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and a dynamic work environment.
  • Display a sense of urgency when responding to customer roadside assistance needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
