Job Title

We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Hand to join our team at one of our remote BMA Villages in Moranbah. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food services to our residents.

This is a permanent opportunity on a 14/7 roster, offering work-life balance and the chance to work with a dynamic team. You will be responsible for assisting our Chefs with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.

The Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a willingness to train new entrants
  • Ability to work long shifts (10 hours) in a fast-paced environment
  • Driver's license and own reliable transport (bus available from Mackay)
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Teamwork and autonomous working skills
  • Physical fitness and ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test
