As a Global Change Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in managing complex change initiatives within our organization. You'll be responsible for coordinating projects, managing data, and liaising with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

You'll need to work evenings as required and have a strong understanding of relevant legislation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating meetings and managing project timelines
  • Ensuring data accuracy and implementing effective change management strategies
  • Developing and distributing communication materials and facilitating consultation processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and escalating issues as needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong HR coordination background with experience across projects
  • Previous experience in change management / transformation initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage high workload and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and complete time-sensitive tasks
  • Previous experience working in a global matrix organization
  • A keen problem-solver with excellent analytical skills
  • An understanding of Australian payroll and tax laws is desirable

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
