Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and resilient Retention Specialist to join our customer service team. As a key member, you will be responsible for reestablishing customers' connections with the aspects of Foxtel they've valued & enjoyed over the years and uncover additional value in our premium content, products, and services.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted confidant for our customers, actively listening to their concerns and proactively resolving any issues they encounter. You will demonstrate the benefits of retaining the service, influencing their decision to stay and ensuring they are making an informed decision, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
