We're seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join our dynamic team at Frontline Hospitality Melbourne West in Mitcham. As a passionate hospitality leader, you'll oversee daily operations and drive high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management: Ensure efficient daily operations and maintain high standards of service.
• Rostering: Effectively manage staff schedules to meet venue needs.
• Financial Acumen: Monitor budgets, analyse financial reports, and drive profitability.
• Training & Coaching: Lead onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for staff.
• Performance: Drive KPIs and targets to achieve business goals.
• Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance venue visibility.
• Ordering: Manage stock levels and maintain supplier relationships.
• Community Engagement: Foster a strong sense of community and be an ambassador for the Mitcham area.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Financial literacy and understanding of profit margins.
• Passion for building community relationships.
• Knowledge of the Mitcham area is a plus.
• RSA and Food Safety certifications necessary.
