Job Title: Pharmacy Support Professional

About the Role

Our organization is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and support our retail operations. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of our Retail Manager and be responsible for welcoming customers, stocking and facing shelves, ticketing and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and processing transactions at the register.

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming customers and providing a positive shopping experience;
  • Stocking and facing shelves to maintain an attractive store display;
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the register;
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment through regular tidying and restocking tasks;
  • Collaborating with the retail team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling and transactions;
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required.

Working Conditions

The current rostered hours for this role are:

Monday: 9:30am - 4pm

Tuesday: 11am - 5pm

Wednesday: 11am - 5pm

Thursday: 9am - 4pm

Friday: 9am - 4pm
