Job Title: Control Systems Engineering Team Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Low Level Controls team on full project life cycle engineering of PLC and control systems design, development, implementation, and commissioning onsite.
  • Lead complex projects, coaching and mentoring engineers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of control systems processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
  • Proven success in a leadership position.
  • 5+ years of experience in complex Industrial Automation solutions, preferably in Materials Handling such as Parcel Sortation, Conveyor Systems, etc.
  • Design of complex control systems architectures and specifications for controls systems.
  • Development of control system code, providing expertise in programming languages, standards, and tools.
  • Ability to prepare and present complex technical data.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
