Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a scalable, efficient, and robust trust and safety platform.

They will work closely with trust and safety specialists, experts, and machine learning engineers to design and develop systems that ensure high stability and performance of the services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, computer science, or a related technical discipline, and proficiency in designing data structures, building algorithms, and at least one programming language: Go/Python/PHP/C++/C/Java.

  • Candidate must be passionate about problem-solving techniques and internet products;
  • Have curiosity towards new technologies, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and high levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities;

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain large-scale software systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system solutions

Design and implement data structures and algorithms to optimize system performance


Requirements:

Strong foundation in software development and computer science

Proficiency in at least one programming language

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Strong communication and teamwork skills
