As a tutor with us, you'll have access to initial and ongoing training to ensure you maintain the highest quality of service. Our innovative diagnostic assessments and systems enable you to confidently work with clients, identifying areas of improvement and developing effective strategies to address them.
We're currently experiencing high demand in Wakerley and Manly QLD, and we're looking for tutors who can commit to a minimum of 4-6 hours per week. Ideal candidates will be available to work between 3:30-7pm, Monday to Friday, and be willing to travel to different locations for each client.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, a passion for learning and teaching, and a willingness to adapt to new situations. If you're currently studying at university or have an undergraduate degree, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans
- Building strong relationships with clients and their families
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and management
Preferred qualifications include:
- Teaching experience (1 year+)
- Working with Children Check
- Driver's Licence
Work authorisation is preferred to be in Australia.
