The Royal Women's Hospital is one of Australia's oldest and most distinguished tertiary hospitals dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of women and newborns, offering specialized services within maternity, neonatal and women's health.

About The Donor And Surrogacy Program Role

As the Donor and Surrogacy professional you will coordinate and manage quality nursing care for patients undergoing treatment with donor gametes. You will oversee the management of surrogate cycles, support clinic staff, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements for all donor programs.

A Regular Day Will See You
  • Coordinate and manage quality nursing treatment and for patients undergoing treatment with donor gametes
  • Adhere to RTAC Code of Practice and other ART and fertility legislations and guidelines
  • Oversee surrogate's cycles and communicate all proceedings with the intending parent.
  • Provide support and guidance to RSU clinic nurses in the management of donor and recipient cycles
About You
  • Division 1 Nurse registered with AHPRA
  • Understanding of the RTAC Code of Practice and other ART and fertility legislations and guidelines
  • Fertility nurse experience (experience in donor and/or surrogacy services desirable)
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to provide patients with exceptional experiences
