About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Architect to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software systems that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Expert-level technical skills with proven ability to architect and deliver complex systems at scale
  • Significant experience with AI/ML systems and driving AI strategy within engineering organizations

Technical Skills

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. Experience or exposure with most of these will set you up for success in this team:

  • Full stack development: Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, Next.js / React.js, Typescript, Node.js
  • Database: Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Microsoft SQL Server) and NoSQL DBs (AWS DocumentDB)
  • Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, TeamCity, and Jenkins
  • Ai & GenAi Tools: Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot, Cline, Roocode and AWS Bedrock
  • Secure Engineering & DevSecOps: Deep understanding of security principles, DevSecOps, and SRE practices
  • Monitoring & Observability: Familiar with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch
  • Agile Delivery & Testing: Proven experience with TDD/BDD, automated testing and service virtualization
