A leading organization in technology and innovation seeks an experienced professional to join their finance team on a temporary basis.

The Job Description
  • Process all accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely payment to suppliers.
  • Manage the SAP system, processing invoices and handling approvals.
  • Handle credit card reconciliations and employee expenses, maintaining accurate records.
  • Process banking, receipting, and allocating payments, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Make manual payments for direct debit accounts, adhering to company policies.
  • Process inter-company transactions and reconcile GL accounts, posting journals as required.
About You
  • You have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits, credits, AR, AP, and journals.
  • You possess strong attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills, enabling you to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • You have excellent problem-solving and reconciliation skills, with experience in SAP and intermediate Excel skills.
  • You demonstrate a positive, professional, and team-focused approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have experience working across the wider business, providing support and guidance as needed.
