Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute product roadmaps for the Home Lending portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  2. Partner with sales, marketing, risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure products are well-positioned, compliant, and meet regulatory standards.
  3. Work with frontline staff to provide product training and support for product launches and updates.
  4. Conduct regular analysis of the competitive landscape, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

Your Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in product management, preferably in home loans.
  • Strong understanding of home loan products, mortgage markets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skill.
