About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Wonthaggi branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our branch and developing strong customer relationships with local rural producers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Mentor and coach the sales team to provide professional, efficient, and quality service to clients
  • Oversight of supply chain activities to ensure products are delivered in full and on time
  • Manage safety, quality, and store presentation to the highest standards
About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual with a proven track record in sales of agricultural products. You will have strong business acumen and be able to identify opportunities to develop new business. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
