- Exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and making recommendations on products.
- Process and manage large volumes of stock, including receiving, storing, and replenishing merchandise.
- Acknowledge and accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards for housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Full availability from mid-November to mid-February, specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day.
- Customer service experience preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
