We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist.

As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing client ad campaigns. You will work closely with clients to shape their advertising strategies, create marketing reports and strategy documents, and collaborate with your team to communicate with clients effectively.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in digital marketing and a commitment to growth. We value dedication, curiosity, and a drive to be the best in your craft.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in social ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and a genuine passion for marketing, media buying, and growth. Located within commuting distance to Newcastle, NSW, is also a must.

This is a full-time position working directly with our team and CEO to sharpen your skills and make an impact with our clients. We offer a hybrid working environment based in Newcastle, NSW, where you will work from home around 40% of the time, and the rest of the week in our studio.
