Florist Position

We are a thriving floristry business seeking skilled and passionate florists to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 1 year working experience as a florist from a local floral shop.
  • Completion of Certificate III in Floristry or equivalent certification.
  • A contemporary aesthetic and a passion for good design.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • Possessing a genuine interest, energy and professionalism in the job.
  • Fully available, including weekends and event seasons.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of flowers and foliage.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in sourcing stock from wholesale markets.
  • Expertise in managing a florist shop.

Licence:

An Australian drivers licence is preferred.

This position offers part-time or casual employment opportunities with the chance to work up to full-time hours. We require someone who can commit to at least 3 days per week, particularly during peak periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
