Lead Civil Engineering Design Specialist

Candidates will lead the design of complex water and civil projects for mining and resources clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in water and civil works, and experience working on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Civil Design Leadership: Lead and mentor engineers and designers to deliver high-quality designs for resources projects
  • Project Delivery: Oversee project delivery and collaborate with national engineering teams
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
  • Civil Engineering Degree: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in civil design, including management and leadership roles
  • Skills and Expertise: Strong knowledge of water and civil works, team leadership, and mentoring
