We're seeking an exceptional support worker to join our dedicated team in Gold Coast. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering world-class care to our residents.

Our modern care home is nestled in a picturesque beachside suburb, offering easy access to local parks, beaches, cafes, shops, and transportation options. Our facilities boast 163 beds across various units, catering to high and low residential, respite, and dementia care needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating admissions, addressing resident queries and concerns, advising new residents on additional services, and ensuring seamless service delivery. You'll also take on meal service coordination for new residents, facilitating a smooth transition.

We continually strive for improvement, and your input will be invaluable in helping us achieve best-quality outcomes. Working closely with our team, you'll collaborate to deliver outstanding care and support our residents in living their best lives.

To excel in this role, you'll require a Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability, a genuine passion for world-class care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
