We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Provisional Fellow Anaesthesia. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to patients undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures.

About the Role:

  • Work under appropriate supervision to provide suitable anaesthesia for patients.
  • Provide anaesthesia services in various departments, including vascular, ENT, thoracics, and more.
  • Participate in other services provided by the Department of Anaesthesia, such as obstetric analgesia and acute pain management.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate morbidity and mortality meetings.
  • Support trainee welfare and mentoring programs.
  • Contribute to medical education roles, including exam preparation and educational workshops.
  • Develop individual audit or research activities.

Requirements:

  • ANZCA trainee eligible for Provisional Fellowship.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong commitment to quality care.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
