About This Role

Delivering quality training and assessment in healthcare settings is the core responsibility of this role. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health services assistance and be passionate about supporting students in gaining skills and knowledge for a successful career.

The position involves developing current industry course materials, delivering high-quality training and assessments, and providing educational administration support. Additionally, the incumbent will work closely with students to ensure they meet the required standards and progress towards their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and delivering training programs tailored to the needs of VET-delivered secondary students
  • Providing expert guidance and mentorship to students on their vocational pathway
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on student progress
  • Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs
Qualifications and Experience:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
  • Enrolled or Registered Nurse with 3 years recent experience and AHPRA Registration
