Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial operations, driving strategic growth and improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, with expertise in financial management, analysis, and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring strong financial governance and controls.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and fixed assets, while maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance, or accounting, with a preference for CA/CPA certification.
  • Proven experience managing a finance team, with a track record of success in financial leadership.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
