Our team in the campus development department focuses on delivering top-notch asset and facility management services to support teaching, research, and commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities- We engage with clients to identify their needs and agree on service scopes.
- We set realistic timeframes for project completion and provide regular feedback to stakeholders.
- We ensure projects are completed within allocated resources and meet required standards.
- We oversee contracts as needed and handle all administration, recording, and reporting associated with work undertaken.
